⚠️ Important: The license terms below are the default for the BMT STORE platform. However, each beatmaker may set their own license terms that may differ from the default. Before using a beat, carefully review the contract attached to your purchase, or contact the beatmaker directly to clarify terms.

LEASING LICENSE

Non-exclusive lease license for a beat

What you get

✅MP3 file (320 kbps)
✅WAV file (no tag)
✅License contract PDF with QR code

📜 The license contains a unique QR-code</strong> for verification and a digital <strong>SHA-256</strong> signature.

Allowed

✅Commercial releases
✅Streaming platforms
✅YouTube monetization
✅Radio rotation
✅Live performances

Limitations

⚠️Up to 50,000 streams
⚠️Up to 1,000 copy sales
⚠️Only 1 commercial release
❌Beat resale is forbidden
❌Transfer of rights to third parties

Required terms

  • Credit: "Prod. by [Beatmaker]" in the track title or description
  • Non-exclusivity: The beat may also be sold to other buyers
  • Term: Perpetual, subject to the limits above
Tip: If your track becomes popular and exceeds the limits, you can upgrade to an Exclusive license. The amount paid for Leasing is credited toward the Exclusive license price.

Exclusive license with full rights

What you get

✅Stems/Trackouts (all tracks)
✅Project file (if available)
✅License contract PDF with QR code

✅Unlimited streams
✅Unlimited sales
✅Any number of releases
✅Rights transfer to a label
✅Sync in videos / films / clips / soundtracks
✅Distribution and registration on all services

Special terms

  • Exclusivity: The beat is removed from sale after purchase
  • Full rights: You become the sole owner of usage rights
  • Credit optional: Crediting the producer is appreciated but not required
  • Term: Perpetual, no limits
Important: Previously purchased Leasing licenses for this beat remain valid, but new sales are halted. Note: some beats are sold exclusively as Leasing only or Exclusive only!

Free license for non-commercial use

Required terms

  • Credit / nickname required: "Prod. by [Beatmaker]" in the track title or your nickname for an article/YouTube video
  • Link to original: A link to BMT STORE must be included in the description
  • Audio tag: You may not remove the voice tag from the track

NON-COMMERCE LICENSE

Automatic license when downloading a preview

When it applies

This license is automatically applied when you:

  • Download an MP3 preview of any paid beat
  • Save a played track from the browser cache

Strictly forbidden

❌Any public use for profit
❌Use in projects intended for monetization
❌Online publication for commercial purposes
❌Removing the protective tag
❌Distributing the file without the author's consent
Important: All preview downloads are logged. Violating the Non-Commerce license may result in account suspension and legal action.
