What is BMT STORE ?

BMT STORE is a platform for purchasing and selling music content:

  • Beats - ready-made instrumental tracks for artists
  • Sample packs are collections of sounds, loops, and one-shots for producers.

We work on 2 platforms :

  • Website : bmt-store.com — full catalog, personal account, licenses
  • Telegram bot : @bmt_rec_bot — quick purchases, listening, notifications

All data is synchronized between platforms.

What products are sold on the platform?
BEATS (Instrumentals)

Ready-made instrumental tracks in various genres: Trap, Drill, R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and more. Available with Leasing, Exclusive, and Free Beat licenses.

Sample Packs

Sound collections for producers: melodies, drum loops, one-shots, effects. Royalty-free – use in your projects without restrictions.

Are there any free products?

Yes! Free products are available on the platform:

  • Free Beats - beats for non-commercial use
  • Free Sample Packs

How to find:

  • In the catalog, enable the "Free Only" filter.
  • In the bot: /catalog → select a category → filter "Free"
Important: Free products are for non-commercial use only. Monetization requires a paid license.
Can I listen to the beat before buying?

Of course! All the beats are available for listening:

  • On the product card, click ▶️ Play
  • The preview lasts up to 2 minutes.
  • Audio contains voice tag (anti-theft)

You can also download an MP3 preview for offline listening using the "Download Preview" button below the player.

Note: The downloaded preview is for evaluation purposes only. Use in projects without a license is prohibited.

What is BPM and tonality?

These are the important characteristics of a music track:

BPM (Beats Per Minute)

The tempo of a track is the number of beats per minute. For example:

  • 70-90 BPM — slow (R&B, Soul)
  • 90-110 BPM — Medium (Hip-Hop)
  • 130-150 BPM — fast (Trap, Drill)
  • 150+ BPM – Very Fast (Drill UK)
Tonality (Key)

The musical key of the track (e.g. C minor, G major). Important for:

  • Matching vocals to the beat
  • Adding your own melodies
  • Combinations with other instruments
What filters are available in the catalog?

The following filters are available in the catalog :

  • Type - Beats / Sample Packs
  • Genre : Trap, Drill, R&B, Pop and others
  • BPM — tempo range
  • Tonality is a musical key.
  • Price - from minimum to maximum
  • Beatmaker - products of a specific author
  • Only free products

Use a combination of filters to refine your search!

What does 'Sold Exclusively' mean?
⚠️ SOLD (Sold exclusively)

This beat was purchased under Exclusive license and is no longer available for purchase.

What does it mean:

  • The bit is entirely owned by one buyer
  • No one else will be able to buy it.
  • The bit remains in the catalog for history, but without a buy button.

What is Favorites?

Favorites is your personal list of your favorite products:

Favorites are synchronized between the site and the Telegram bot.

What format do the files arrive in?

File formats depend on the license type:

Lease license :
  • MP3 320 kbps - for listening
  • WAV 44.1 kHz 24 bit - for information
Exclusive license :
  • MP3 + WAV (as in Leasing)
  • Stems/Trackouts — individual tracks (drums, melodies, bass)
  • Project file (if available)

LICENSES

What types of licenses are there?

There are 6 types of licenses in force at BMT STORE :

For beats:

  • Leasing - non-exclusive rental with restrictions (up to 50,000 plays)
  • Exclusive — full rights, the beat is removed from sale
  • Free Beat - Free, non-commercial use only
  • Non-Commerce - Automatically when downloading preview (listening only)

For sample packs:

  • Sample Pack — commercial use of samples in your projects
  • Free Sample Pack - Non-commercial use

What is the difference between Leasing and Exclusive?
LEASING
  • Non-exclusive - the beat can be sold to others
  • Limit: 50,000 plays, 1,000 copies sold
  • Files: MP3 + WAV
  • The indication "Prod. by [author]" is required.
  • Suitable for: singles, demos, new artists
EXCLUSIVE
  • Exclusive - the beat is permanently removed from sale
  • Unlimited use
  • Files: MP3 + WAV + Stems + project
  • Loan on request
  • Suitable for: albums, serious commercial releases
How to obtain a license agreement?

After purchase, you will be asked to sign a license:

  1. Go to your Personal Account → My Purchases
  2. Find your purchase and click "Sign License"
  3. Fill in your full name and email
  4. Download the completed PDF contract
Legal force: The agreement contains a unique SHA-256 hash and QR code for verification. This is an official legal document confirming your rights to use the bit.
Can license terms differ from the standard ones?
⚠️ Yes, this is important! The platform's license terms are standard (default). Each beatmaker can set their own terms.

What you need to do:

  1. After purchasing, please carefully read the license agreement.
  2. Please note the restrictions and permitted uses.
  3. If you have any questions, please contact the beatmaker directly.
Important: BMT STORE is an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for individual beatmaker license terms. Disputes are resolved between the buyer and seller.

Is it possible to upload tracks to streaming services?

Yes! Leasing and Exclusive licenses allow you to upload tracks to:

  • Spotify, Apple Music, Yandex Music, VK Music
  • YouTube, YouTube Music
  • TikTok, Instagram Reels
  • SoundCloud, Bandcamp
Leasing: Please note the 50,000 plays limit. If you exceed it, you'll need to purchase Exclusive or extend the Leasing.
Free Beat: Uploading to streaming platforms is PROHIBITED - non-commercial use only (SoundCloud without monetization, YouTube without ads).
Do I need to credit the author of the beat?

Depends on the license type:

  • Leasing — YES, required : "Prod. by [beatmaker]" in the track title or description
  • Exclusive - Optional , but welcomed
  • Free Beat — YES, required + link to BMT STORE

What to do if you exceed the Leasing limit?

If your track has more than 50,000 plays:

  1. Contact us through support
  2. Option 1: Purchase an Exclusive License (usually at a discount)
  3. Option 2: Extend the Leasing for a new period

What is a Non-Commerce license?

Non-Commerce is an automatic license that applies when you download an MP3 preview of any paid beat.

Allowed:
  • Personal listening
  • Pre-purchase evaluation
It is strictly prohibited:
  • Any public use
  • Use in projects
  • Publishing on the Internet
  • Removing the security tag

Important: All preview downloads are logged. Violating this policy may result in account suspension.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods:

YooMoney (Yukassa)
  • Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, MIR
  • YuMoney wallet
  • SberPay
Referral balance
  • If there are sufficient funds on the balance, payment is made in one click.
  • The balance is replenished from purchases of your referrals (10%)
Is it safe to pay?

Yes, it is completely safe!

  • Payment is made through the official YooMoney service (Yukassa)
  • Card details are entered on the YUKassa page, not on our website.
  • We do not store your bank card details.
  • The site is protected by an SSL certificate (HTTPS)
  • All transactions are logged to protect both parties.
How quickly do files arrive after payment?

Instantly! After payment confirmation:

  1. You will receive a notification in Telegram (if authorized through the bot)
  2. Download links will appear in your Personal Account → My Purchases
  3. In the bot, your purchase is immediately available in the "My Purchases" section.

It usually takes 5-30 seconds after payment.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • Technical problems with files (broken archive, won't open)
  • The files do not match the product description.
  • Double debiting

How to process a return:

  1. Please contact support with your order number.
  2. Describe the problem
  3. The decision is made within 24 hours
Important: Refunds for "dislikes" are NOT available. Listen to the preview before purchasing! Once the files have been downloaded, returns are not possible—the digital product is considered delivered.
Are there any promo codes and discounts?

Yes! Ways to save:

  • Promo codes are published in the Telegram channel.
  • Referral program - 10% of purchases of invited friends
  • FREE products — free beats and packs in the catalog
  • Promotions - periodic sales

The promo code is entered on the checkout page.

What commands does the bot have?

Basic @bmt_rec_bot commands:

  • /start — launch the bot, main menu
  • /catalog - directory of beats and packs
  • /purchases — your purchases
  • /balance — balance and level
  • /referral — referral program
  • /favorites — favorites
  • /support — write to support
  • /help — help
How to buy beats through a bot?

The purchasing process via Telegram bot:

  1. Open the catalog: /catalog or the button in the menu
  2. Select a category: Beats or Sample Packs
  3. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the products
  4. Click "Listen" to listen to the preview.
  5. Select a license ( Lease or Exclusive )
  6. Pay via YooMoney or from your referral balance
  7. Receive your files immediately after payment confirmation!
How to search for products in the bot?

Use the "Search" button in the bot's main menu.

The search works by:

  • Name of the bit or pack
  • Name of the beatmaker
  • Genre

Enter your query and the bot will show you matching results.

Is data synchronized between the bot and the website?

Yes, completely! Your account is shared between the bot and the website:

  • Purchases are available both in the bot and on the website.
  • Favorites - syncs automatically
  • The balance is the same for all platforms
  • Referrals are counted regardless of source

The linking is done using your Telegram ID .

The bot is not responding, what should I do?

Try:

  1. Type /start - this will restart the session
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Wait 1-2 minutes and try again.
  4. Check if you have blocked the bot

If the bot still doesn't respond, write to @mygabeatz . They may be undergoing maintenance.
