Terms of Use — BMT STORE

1. General

Welcome! This is BMT STORE — a platform for the convenient automation of, and work with, our label's beatmakers, where buying, selling, and analytics on music products are accessible to both authors and users.

By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service.

BMT STORE acts as an intermediary between beatmakers (sellers) and listeners (potentially interested parties for further acquisition and production). We provide a platform for hosting, listening to, and purchasing music content.

2. Product types

The platform offers two product types:

Beats

Instrumental compositions for music creation. Available with several licensing options.

Sample Packs / Beat Packs

Collections of sounds, samples, loops, and one-shots for use in production.

3. Beat licenses

The following license types apply to beats:

LEASING

Non-exclusive license with limits on commercial use.

May be used in commercial releases
Cap: up to 50,000 streams and 1,000 copy sales
The beat may also be sold to other buyers
Beatmaker credit / nickname is mandatory

EXCLUSIVE

Exclusive license with full usage rights.

Full commercial use rights
No streaming or sales caps
The beat is removed from sale after purchase
Rights may be transferred to third parties

FREE

Free license for non-commercial use.

Non-commercial use only
Beatmaker credit / nickname is mandatory
Cannot be uploaded to streaming platforms
Cannot generate revenue from the resulting works

NON-COMMERCE (preview)

Automatic license applied when downloading the preview of any beat.

Personal listening only
Any public commercial use is prohibited
Use in projects is prohibited — for personal review and/or as a reference for a future purchase only
If the file does not contain an audio-tag, it does not mean the file is FREE

Important: By downloading a beat preview, you automatically agree to the Non-Commerce license terms. Using a preview for commercial purposes is a copyright violation.

4. Sample pack licenses (also called Beat Pack)

SAMPLE PACK LICENSE

Standard license for a paid sample pack.

Use of all samples in your projects
Commercial use is permitted
Reselling individual samples is prohibited
Distributing the original files is prohibited

FREE SAMPLE PACK LICENSE

License for a free sample pack.

Commercial use is permitted
Unlimited use, royalty-free
Beatmaker credit / nickname is mandatory
Reselling or redistributing is prohibited

MP3 previews: Downloading MP3 previews of individual samples from a pack is allowed for review purposes and does not require a license. Using previews in projects is not permitted.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment methods:

YooMoney (YooKassa) or direct transfer — bank cards, e-wallets
Account balance — top up via the bot

Refund policy:

Refunds for digital goods are not provided
For technical issues — contact support

Notice: After purchase and download, refunds are not possible — the digital good is considered delivered.

6. For beatmakers

By posting content on BMT STORE, you confirm that:

You are the author or you hold the rights to distribute the content
The content does not infringe third-party copyrights
You agree to the platform's sales commission
You commit to providing high-quality content

Platform commission: set individually and shown in the beatmaker's dashboard.

7. Custom Offer

Some products support a "Custom Offer" option — propose your own price for a beat.

How it works

Click the "Custom Offer" button on the product page
Specify the desired amount and license type
The beatmaker is notified and reviews the offer
If accepted — you receive a personal payment link

ℹ️ Note: The beatmaker may accept, reject, or counter-offer. License terms (Leasing or Exclusive) are fixed at agreement.

8. Loyalty programme

Tier and discount system:

User tiers

Tier 1 (0 points) — 10% discount
Tier 2 (1,000 points) — 20% discount
Tier 3 (2,000 points) — 30% discount
Tier 4 (5,000 points) — 40% discount
Tier 5 (10,000 points) — 50% discount

How to earn points

+500 points — for each of your purchases
+100 points — when an invited friend makes a purchase
+50 points — for signing up via a referral link

The discount is applied automatically at checkout. You can see your current tier and points balance in your Cabinet.

9. Reviews and ratings

After a purchase you can leave a review for the product:

Rating from 1 to 5 stars
Optional text comment
Reviews appear on the product page

Review rules: insults, spam, and profanity are prohibited. Violators will be banned.

10. Custom license terms

⚠️ Important: The license terms described on the platform are the standard (default) ones. Each beatmaker has the right to set their own licensing terms, which may differ from the defaults.

Your responsibility:

Carefully read the license agreement attached to each purchase
If you have questions — contact the beatmaker directly
Make sure the usage terms match your goals

Disclaimer: BMT STORE is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the custom license terms set by beatmakers. Any disputes about license terms are resolved directly between the buyer and the seller (the beatmaker).

11. Prohibited actions

Users are prohibited from:

Distributing downloaded content without rights-holder consent and without a license to use the product
Reselling beats or samples
Using content in violation of the license
Creating multiple accounts (if it happened by accident — message the admin to merge accounts via the Telegram bot @bmt_rec_bot)
Intentionally using automated download tools
Disrupting the platform's operation

Violations may result in account suspension and revocation of all purchased licenses with no refund.
