BMT STORE respects your privacy and works to protect your personal data.

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By using our service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. What data we collect

Telegram account data

  • Telegram ID (unique identifier)
  • Username (@username)
  • First and last name (if set in profile)
  • Profile photo (if allowed)

Email login data

  • Email address
  • One-time verification codes (stored temporarily, up to 10 minutes)

Purchase data

  • Purchase and download history
  • Acquired licenses
  • Transactions and payments (without card data)

Usage data

  • Track plays (for analytics)
  • Favourites and playlists
  • Page visits
  • IP address and browser information
Important: We do NOT store bank-card data. All payments are processed via secure payment providers (YooKassa).

3. How we use the data

Your data is used for:

  • Authentication — login via Telegram or email
  • Order processing — fulfilling purchases and delivering files
  • Issuing licenses — generating license documents
  • Support — responding to your enquiries
  • Analytics — improving the service and recommendations
  • Notifications — informing you about order status

4. Data in the license agreement

When signing a license, you may provide:

  • Full name — for inclusion in the license agreement
  • Email — for contact and confirmation
ℹ️ Note: This data is included in the license PDF and used to confirm your usage rights. Providing it is optional.

5. File storage

Product files (beats, samples) are stored on:

  • Yandex.Disk — protected cloud storage
  • Access — only via one-time links after purchase
  • Link lifetime — 24 hours; afterwards a new link can be obtained from the Cabinet

6. Listening analytics

We collect anonymous player statistics:

  • play, pause, listen events (full listen)
  • Listening time per track
  • Track-to-track navigation

This data is used to improve recommendations and provide statistics to beatmakers.

7. TITAN AI support

When using the TITAN AI assistant in support tickets:

  • Conversation history is kept for ticket context
  • Data is processed via the OpenAI API
  • Conversations are deleted when the ticket is closed
ℹ️ Note: Data is not shared with third parties and is used solely to improve answer quality.

8. Data protection

We apply the following protection measures:

  • Encryption — SSL/TLS for all connections
  • Secure storage — data stored on protected servers
  • Limited access — only authorised staff
  • Regular audits — security monitoring

9. Sharing data with third parties

We may share data with:

  • Payment providers — to process transactions (YooKassa)
  • Beatmakers — information about purchases of their products (without personal data)
  • Authorities, when required by law — only on a lawful request

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Cookies

We use cookies for:

  • Maintaining your authenticated session
  • Saving player settings
  • Visit analytics
  • Improving site behaviour

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request information about the data we store
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and related data
  • Opt out of marketing notifications

12. Data retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account data — while the account is active
  • Purchase history — indefinitely (to confirm licenses)
  • Activity logs — up to 12 months
  • After account deletion — data is removed within 30 days

13. Policy changes

We may update this policy. For substantive changes we will:

  • Update the date at the top of the document
  • Publish the change on the site
